PEPCOM DIGITAL EXPERIENCE! AT CES, LAS VEGAS, Jan. 9, 2012 – General Imaging (GIC), exclusive licensee of GE branded digital cameras, announced today the availability of the GE E1410SW, the brand’s first camera featuring advanced AptinaTM A- PixTM CMOS pixel technology. The E1410SW delivers distinct performance-enhancing features to the GE camera line including: increased shutter speed; continuous high- speed shooting (10 frames per second); full-resolution, high-performance 1080p HD video recording; and improved High Dynamic Range to name a few.

“Our research shows that consumers want to take advantage of advanced features to capture high quality photos, but don’t necessarily want to learn every aspect of photography to do so. The E1410SW meets that demand head on,” said Paul Meyhoefer, vice president of marketing and product planning, GIC. “This new camera incorporates AptinaTM ApixTM CMOS technology, is easy to use and offers high performance features in a sleek design that even today’s best mobile phone cameras can’t compete with.”
